Built by teachers, for teachers.
Teacher Space exists to offer what we wished had been available to us.
Teacher Space didn't begin in a meeting room or with a business plan. It began in the front seat of our car, driving home from school.
Like most teachers, we were unpacking the day — the difficult conversation, the child who needed more than we could give, the responsibility that doesn't switch off at 3pm. And we realized something simple but powerful:
Having space to speak honestly — without judgment — changes everything.
We have both been teaching in Irish primary schools since 2004. Between us, we've navigated Droichead, posts of responsibility, curriculum change, SEN complexity and the quiet build-up of burnout that so many teachers experience but rarely name.

Teacher Space grew from lived experience.
After experiencing burnout and rebuilding his work-life balance, Ciaran saw how transformative the right support can be — not just for your career, but for your life outside school.
Jennifer has always believed school should be a place of belonging — not just for children, but for teachers too. That belief shapes everything we do.
At home, we are parents of neurodivergent children. Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia and GLD are not abstract concepts to us — they are part of everyday life. That perspective has reshaped how we see inclusion, behaviour and what support truly means.
Teacher Space exists to offer what we wished had been available to us:
- A confidential, judgment-free space.
- Practical guidance rooted in real classroom life.
- Support that fits around the rhythm of a school week.
Not a one-off course.
Not generic advice.
But steady, grounded support from people who understand.
We built Teacher Space to be the space we would have wanted ourselves.
