2. What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: account and contact details (your name and email address when you register or subscribe); membership details (your chosen membership type and the personalised strand you select at sign-up); payment information (payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your full card details ourselves; these are handled directly by Stripe; we receive limited information such as confirmation of payment and the last digits/type of card); lead / download details (if you request a free resource such as a free Clarity pack, the email address you provide for us to send it); and usage information (basic technical data such as how you access the site, via cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use your data and our legal basis
We use your data to: provide the service — create and manage your account and membership, deliver content, and give you access to member areas (legal basis: performance of a contract); process payments and manage billing, including recurring subscription payments (performance of a contract); communicate with you — send service messages such as confirmations, renewal notices, and important updates, and respond to your queries (performance of a contract / legitimate interests); send free resources you request, such as a free Clarity pack download link (consent); send marketing only where you have opted in, which you can withdraw at any time (consent); meet legal and accounting obligations including tax and record-keeping (legal obligation); and improve and secure the service (legitimate interests).
4. Who we share your data with
We share data only as needed to run the service, including with: Subbly (our subscription and membership platform provider); Stripe (our payment processor); Google (where we use Google services, e.g. Google Drive to host downloadable resources, and any email tools); and our professional advisers such as our accountant, where necessary. These providers process data on our behalf or as controllers in their own right, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are relied upon.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as your account/membership is active, and afterwards only as long as necessary for the purposes described here — including to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (which in Ireland can require retaining certain records for several years). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
